Creating Basic .RAR Files

1) Put the files that you want to compress in the .rar archive into their own folder. We're going to call this folder "Archive"

2) Go to "Archive's" parent folder ( The folder that contains "Archive" ) and right click on Archive. Highlight the "Add to Archive.rar" option and left click.
Note: It will automatically name the archive whatever the folder name is, so name your folder appropriately. However, you can always change the .rar name later on if you wish.

3) A box will then pop up giving you the status on adding the files to the archive.

4) Now in your parent folder you should have a file called Archive.rar! This is the rar archive of all the files you added. That's it!
